摘要: 基于当前国家职业教育改革、“双高”计划等相关政策背景,阐述我国高职院校职业教育的独特性和重要性,指出提升
高职院校学生职业能力在职业教育改革过程中的重要性。分析高职院校学生就业现状和原因。参考相关重要文件和权威研
究成果,对职业核心能力的概念进行界定和阐述,从学生自身、学校以及用人单位三个方面提出提升高职院校学生职业核心能
力的对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the current national vocational education reform, "double-high" plan and other related policy, this paper
expounds the uniqueness and importance of vocational education in higher vocational colleges in China, and points out the importance
of enhancing students' vocational ability in the process of vocational education reform. This paper analyzes the employment status of
students in higher vocational colleges and reasons. With reference to relevant important documents and authoritative research results,
this paper defines and elaborates the concept of vocational core competence, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for
improving vocational core competence of students from three aspects: students, schools and employers.
